Folding pulverized coal burner
There are two types of swirl flow and DC flow.
① Swirl pulverized coal burner: It is mainly composed of primary air cyclone, secondary air regulating baffle (swirl blade or volute) and primary and secondary air nozzles (Figure 1 swirl pulverized coal burner) . It can be placed on the front, side or front and back walls of the combustion chamber. The air conveying pulverized coal is called primary air, which accounts for about 15-30% of the total air volume required for combustion. The pulverized coal air mixture is injected into the combustion chamber through a primary air nozzle of the burner. The other part of the air required for combustion is called secondary air. After the secondary air passes through the adjustment baffle (swirl blade or volute) of the burner, it forms a rotating airflow, and forms a rotating jet with the primary air at the burner outlet. The negative pressure formed at the center of the jet draws high-temperature smoke to the root of the flame. This part of the high temperature flue gas is the main heat source for pulverized coal ignition. The expansion cone of the primary air outlet can increase the diffusion angle of the primary air to enhance the entrainment of high-temperature smoke.
② DC-type pulverized coal burner: It is generally composed of several groups of primary and secondary air nozzles arranged along the height (Fig. 2 DC-type pulverized coal burner) and is arranged at each corner of the combustion chamber. The centerline of the burner is tangent to an imaginary circle in the center of the combustion chamber, so a horizontally rotating updraft can be formed in the combustion chamber. The primary and secondary air nozzles of each group of DC burners are dispersedly arranged to meet the requirements of stable and complete combustion of different coal types, and sometimes the reduction of the amount of nitrogen oxides is also considered.
Folding oil burner
The fuel burner mainly adopts atomization technology. The atomization principle of KMY bubble atomization burner is: the fuel and the atomizing medium (water vapor or compressed air) generate a large number of oil-in-gas vapor bubbles through the bubble atomizer. After the chamber is fully mixed, it will be ejected. Due to the high pressure difference, blasting atomization is achieved. The laser test of the National Aeronautical Aerodynamics Key Laboratory of National Defence Science and Technology shows that the average diameter of the atomized particle Sautel SMD is less than 23.76 μm, which is not reached by general aerosolization and mechanical atomization nozzles. In addition to the swirl type and DC type similar to the pulverized coal burner, the oil burner has a partial swirl type, that is, a flame stabilizer is arranged in the DC type air conditioner to make a small amount of air (10 ~ 20%) After rotating through the flame stabilizer, a rotary motion is generated, and a central recirculation zone is formed at the outlet of the air conditioner to stabilize the oil mist on ignition to achieve low oxygen combustion.
Folding gas burner
There are mainly two types of natural gas burners and blast furnace gas burners. Large-capacity natural gas burners mostly adopt multi-gun intake advection. The natural gas gun is placed in the air channel of the air conditioner. Blast furnace gas burners have low calorific value and are difficult to catch fire. They often burn in hot passages and then spray them into the combustion chamber.
